The Comintern has shaped the formation and development of revolutionary parties in Europe, the Americas, Asia, and Africa, and molded disparate revolutionaries and rebels into disciplined Communist parties. This conclusion briefly reviews its history and its cipher correspondence with all of the Communist parties. The coded correspondence demonstrates how the Comintern controlled some of the activities of the Communist parties and how it involved Communist parties in providing assistance to the Stalinist regime in its fight against the system's opponents.
